I really like the hotel and room services. Sahil and Rahul and Neelam and a tall guy with spects, I am not sure about his name has really done a great job in keeping my room clean. Thank you so much for your service and I would really love to visit again. Even the food service is good. Sivaji, Sumit, Pushpak and Shambhu has really done a great job. Even the two ladies in Dining has done a good job and I am not sure about there names.

Rooms are neatly kept and all amenities needed for guests are kept in place and getting replenished every day. Special thanks to Neelam, Sahil and Rahul. It gives great pleasure for guests to stay us peace. I will recommend to others to stay in this hotel due to have such a dedicated people taking care of guests needs.

I liked the gym and ability it to use all hours, really refreshing .The pool area is nice.
I felt the rooms are now well used and not clean in places. I also felt the customer service in the dining areas needs reviewing, I certainly didn't feel welcomed.

The front office Manager of Courtyard Marriott wanted my Credit Card to BLOCK MY CREDIT CARD. I refuse and threatened to walk out and go to my apartment in Pune or go to another hotel.I asked to return my money or I will call the police. I called General Manager and he understood the problem and apologised. In future I will never stay in Marriott hotel. Please send me by email booking details and invoice as hotel said to approach you as you have booked the room

Good cleanliness of the room, comfortable bedding. Good amenities, Wi-Fi, etc. The breakfast menu is not diverse, but efforts are being made to diversify such as chicken noodle soup. Salad corner, vegetables are disappointing. Hinjawadi, Wakad Franchise Hotel
